Registration Dates
Early Registration:
Sr. & 50+: January 2nd - May 1st: $200
*Senior Compound & Recurve Divisions: $225
U15, U18 & U21: January 2nd - May 8th: $200
Late Registration:
Sr. & 50+: May 2nd - May 8th: $250
*Senior Divisions: $275
U15, U18 & U21: May 9th - May 15th: $250
Team Round Registration
Archers will have the choice to participate in one of up to seven categories:
70M Recurve
60M Recurve
50M Compound/Fixed Pins
50M Barebow
40M Compound/Fixed Pins U15
40M Recurve U15
30M Barebow U15
Teams must consist of one male and one female athlete. Matches will start Thursday at 3:30 pm. Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each category! If you have any questions, reach out to us by clicking HERE
REGISTRATION DATES
Fee: $30 per team

Coach Credentials
Coach credentials are ONLY available when purchased in advance. Credentials are available per the eligibility requirements outlined in the USAA Personal Coach Policy. Please read the full policy HERE before signing up for credentials.

Coach Credentials will NOT be sold on site.
All purchases need to be made in advance. Please follow the links below to see deadlines and other information.
Deadlines: May 15th for Senior/50+ weekend and May 22nd for U21/U18/U15 weekend at 11:59pm MT.
Athletes age 18+ may pre-register as a personal coach for free. Athletes may only utilize the Personal Coach credential for the session they are a participant once they have been eliminated from competition.
Premium Seating
Premium seating is sold during event registration. Additional seats can be purchased onsite. The premium seating section is located just behind the archer & coach seating under the shade canopies. If you have already registered the archer and would still like to purchase premium seating before the event, please contact us at kwapniarski@esdf.org. We will need to add it to the Sport80 shopping cart of the associated archer so that you can process payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations are subject to a 15% administrative fee.
Cancellations will be accepted if received on or before May 8th, 2026 for the Senior & 50+ weekend.
Cancellations will be accepted if received on or before May 15th, 2026 for the U21/U18/U15 weekend.
Cancellations received on or after May 9th, 2026 (Senior/50+) or May 16th, 2026 (U21/U18/U15) are non-refundable without extenuating circumstances.
Once the tournament has started, participants are not eligible for a refund regardless of circumstances.
